We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
We deliver across India via trusted express courier partners. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on delivery pincode. Free shipping applies on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat shipping fee of ₹69 applies on orders below ₹999. Real-time tracking links are emailed to customers upon shipment dispatch.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipment by emailing us at hellocorase@gmail.com. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Upon inspection and approval, refunds are credited back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
